Thomas VanTilborg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and system engineering. Since June 2019, Thomas has served as a System Engineer at Marzen Group. Prior to this role, Thomas had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, beginning in May 1998 and holding various leadership positions such as Operations Manager, Range Control Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities included managing large teams, overseeing complex training exercises, and ensuring mission readiness through effective coordination with multiple agencies. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from American Military University, attained from 2012 to 2017.
