Mike Schroeder is an experienced fundraising professional with a diverse background in philanthropic strategy and development. Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropic Strategist at Maryville University of Saint Louis since September 2015, Mike provides leadership to Development Directors and Major Gift Officers while assessing donor engagement tools. Previous roles include being a Major Gift Officer at Maryville University, Development Director at St. Louis University for Parks College, and Sr. Director of Development for Clinical Programs at Washington University School of Medicine. Mike’s expertise spans nonprofit management, major gift fundraising, and strategic planning, with a history of successful engagements in various prominent organizations, including the National Children's Cancer Society and Special Olympics. Mike holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University.
