Jeff Herzog has over 28 years of experience in the consulting industry. Jeff began their career at Accenture in 1992 as a Manager, Unit Lead. During this time, they managed the technical team for the development of a custom Java-based system to support the introduction of wholesale electricity trading in the Northeastern United States, and programmed/analyzed for the interface team of a custom enterprise parts ordering system for Caterpillar. In 2000, they moved to Maryville Consulting Group and served as a Manager, Digital Operations, where they performed multiple roles including Organizational Management for the Engineering team, Account Management for key clients, and ongoing consulting project delivery. Jeff'sconsulting project highlights include managing a global Learning Management System migration effort for Johnson & Johnson's Medical Devices sector, advising on Contact Center process definition, managing the migration from a legacy ServiceNow instance to a new "out-of-box" instance for Centene, and managing the global rollout of call center and case management capabilities for Johnson & Johnson's Procurement business function, deploying Salesforce.com and Interactive Intelligence (now Genesys) solutions.
Jeff Herzog obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1992. In 2019, they also obtained a SAFe v4.6 Certified Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
