Bryant Gerfin is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the Marysville Police Department since 2009, where roles include Patrol Acting Sergeant, Firearms Instructor, and SWAT Operator, among others. Gerfin has played a key role in managing patrol operations, training, and mentoring fellow officers, and overseeing various tactical instruction areas. Additionally, Gerfin serves as President and Co-Founder of Training Round, LLC, focusing on firearms training equipment and programs, while also holding a position as Master Instructor for PepperBall®. With a solid educational background including a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and multiple certifications in law enforcement training, Gerfin is dedicated to enhancing public safety and community engagement.
