Deborah Royer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as the Service Manager at Mary's Pizza Shack since September 2021, Deborah previously held positions such as Resort Manager at River Bend Resort and Director of Operations at Bivalve Dairy. As the Owner of RR/Royer Family Farms for over a decade, Deborah gained extensive experience in farm management. Earlier roles include working as a Detention Specialist with the Sonoma County Sheriff Department and a Para-Educator and Librarian at Shoreline Unified School District, where Deborah developed educational programs and managed library inventory. Additionally, experience as an Operations Assistant at Coastal Hills Ranch further highlights expertise in organic farming and operations.
