Carlos has almost 20 years of experience in multiple HR disciplines, as well as leadership. Previously serving as Mary’s Center’s Chief People Officer, he over saw the recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and strategy for the organization. As Executive Vice President of Administration, he oversees the IT, Finance and HR functions for Mary’s Center. He brings a consultative approach to leadership, serving as an advisor to employees and the organization, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and working to maximize engagement and retention.
