Chelsea Akibo-Betts, CSM, is an experienced project manager and scrum master with a strong background in event planning and team leadership. Currently employed at the Maryland State Education Association since September 2021, Chelsea leads a team in achieving project goals and oversees corporate event planning. Previously, Chelsea worked as a scrum master at CapMaven, guiding teams in website development while enhancing agile practices. Chelsea also has a history of coordinating numerous events at MEIGER HEALTH and managing appointments as an intake specialist. Chelsea's educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree in psychology from Goucher College.
