Candace Pruett, DBA, serves as the Assistant Director for the Corridor Region at the Maryland Small Business Development Center since June 2015, offering management and technical assistance to small businesses and packaging loans. As the owner of Main Point Business Solutions LLC since May 2020, Candace also shares expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College, teaching Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at the Small Business Development Center, General Manager at Fratell's Italian Restaurant, and Insurance Producer at Aflac. Candace holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and advanced degrees in business from Salisbury University.
