Robin Cannon

Robin Cannon is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in compensation, benefits administration, and employee training. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resources Specialist at The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since September 2014, Cannon manages classification and compensation programs and leads a team conducting compensation studies. Previously, Cannon held the position of VP of Compensation and Salary Administration Manager at EagleBank, where strategic planning and management of total compensation programs were key responsibilities. Prior experience at Capital One included various roles, such as Principal HR Associate and Senior Compensation Analyst, focusing on HR initiatives, compensation program management, and training development. Cannon holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Frostburg State University.
