Carol Munn, CRM, CPSM, C.P.M., currently serves as the Senior Procurement Manager at the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) since September 2023, after previously holding the position of Procurement Officer at the same organization from January 2019 to July 2023. Munn has extensive experience in procurement and risk management, having worked as a Senior Buyer at the University of Maryland, where responsibilities included procuring IT hardware and services, and as the Director of Procurement & Risk Management at Alvernia University, overseeing various operational functions. Additional experience includes roles as a Risk Manager at Villanova University, Contract Specialist at IIT Research Institute, and project-related positions at the National Security Agency and National Geographic Society. Munn holds a Master’s degree in General Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Business & Management/Marketing from the University of Maryland.
