Rebecca Moore has extensive experience in customer service and communications, currently serving as an Inter-Plan Programs Service Specialist at BCBSNC since February 2008, where responsibilities include handling escalated claims issues and managing web content for customer service. Concurrently, since March 2013, Rebecca has held the position of Team Leader at Mary Kay Global, focusing on skincare and makeup education while empowering women through business opportunities. Prior experience includes working as a Business Liaison for the O*NET Data Collection Program at RTI International and as a News Photographer at WKBW-TV. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication/Video Design with a minor in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
