Kelly Qi, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Accounting Associate Manager at Mary Kay Global since May 2015, where responsibilities include developing annual budgets, conducting variance analyses, and providing financial guidance. Previously, as a Senior Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor at the same company, Kelly led complex audit assignments and identified significant cost-saving opportunities while enhancing internal controls. Prior experience at PwC involved working as an Assurance Associate, delivering integrated audit services and supervising team members, as well as completing an internship focusing on financial statement testing and reconciliations. Kelly holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accounting from Penn State University.
