Jo Offor, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Process Engineering at Mary Kay Inc. since November 2016, Jo oversees capital projects, validation, consulting, and control systems. Previously, at WhiteWave Foods from June 2012 to November 2016, Jo held roles including Production Lead II and Operations Supervisor, focused on process improvements for organic and kosher dairy products. Jo's background also includes positions at Kraft Foods as a Sanitation Supervisor, Alliant Energy as an Engineer, and Halliburton as a Chemical Engineering Intern.
