Craig Carter has extensive experience in technology and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Technology for North America at Mary Kay Global since November 1997, after holding the position of Director of Information Services & Technologies. Prior to this role, Craig worked at First Southwest Company as a Software Developer and DBA from 1995 to 1997, contributing to various IT functions in a small organization. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at ProtoLink, Inc., where responsibilities involved software development and project management for clients in the gas and oil sector, and a position as a Programmer/Analyst at AT&T. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in Finance from The University of Dallas.
