Jasper Rottier is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as Customer Happiness Manager and Technical Support Engineer at marXact since December 2020. Prior roles include Boardmember at Toneelgroep Karakter from May 2017 to June 2023, Account Manager at PD Lighting from November 2016 to September 2020, and Local Sales at KPN from July 2015 to October 2016, providing service and information on subscription plans.
