Maju Menezes has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as a People Director at Marvin, which started in 2023. Prior to that, Maju worked as a Partner at ellas, specializing in leadership, culture, and advisory. In 2022, they joined FYNT as part of the founding team, where their role focused on organizational design, culture, engagement, and people development. However, due to a pivot in the business, the project was shut down in 2023.

Before their time at FYNT, Maju founded Hogar., a human development consultancy, where they provided support in team building, conflict management, coaching, and leadership training from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they worked as the Head of People & Culture at linte_.

From 2014 to 2018, Maju held various positions at Whirlpool Latin America, including HR Manager - Business Partner, HR Specialist - Learning & Career, and Trainee & Customer Experience Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for creating people development strategies, implementing HR processes, and coordinating customer care and digital channels.

Additionally, Maju worked as a Sales Supervisor at AmBev, where they coordinated the sales team and managed client relationships. They also contributed to major projects such as brand visibility campaigns and coordinating the Carnival in DF.

Prior to their career in HR and sales, Maju worked at AD&M Consultoria Empresarial as a Project & Sales Leader and a Marketing Consultant.

Maju Menezes has a diverse education history. In 2009 to 2013, Maju obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade de Brasília. In 2017, Maju pursued complementary education in Psychodrama and Group Management at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

Moving forward, Maju pursued further education in various fields. From 2019 to 2020, Maju earned an Expert degree in Neuroscience and Human Behavior from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. In 2020, Maju undertook complementary education in Social and Cultural Anthropology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. From 2019 to 2021, Maju completed a Master's degree in Transpersonal Therapy at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.

Currently, Maju is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2026.

In addition to formal education, Maju has obtained several certifications. These include a Deepening in Nonviolent Communication from Estudio David Dasaro Comunicación Noviolenta in 2021, a U Theory: Leading From the Emerging Future certification from MITx on edX in December 2019, a Coaching Qualification from ICF Spain - International Coach Federation in July 2019, a PNL Practitioner certification from AEPNL - Asociación Española de Neurolinguistica in July 2019, a Nonviolent Communication in conflict transformation certification from Instituto CNV Brasil in June 2019, and a ThetaHealing™ Practitioner certification from THInK® - The ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge® in May 2019.
