Madhuri Peesapati currently serves as Senior Director of People Operations & Analytics at Marvell Technologies, a position held since April 2021. Concurrently, Madhuri is an official member and contributor to the Forbes Human Resources Council. Prior to Marvell, Madhuri was the Director of Global HR Operations at ServiceNow from October 2019 to March 2021, focusing on seamless workflow across enterprise functions. Madhuri also held various leadership roles at Logitech from April 2007 to October 2019, including Director of Global HR Operations and HR Technology, managing HR services and systems for a global workforce. Early career experience includes HR Systems Analyst roles at Electronic Arts and Cisco. Madhuri holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bradley University.
