Kristina Barbee, CLSSBB has a diverse work experience. Most recently, in 2021, they have been working as an IT Business Analyst for MSF&W Consulting, Inc., where they have been eliciting business and technical team requirements for a Human Capital Management program for the Illinois Dept of Transportation. Kristina has also been coordinating communication of agency testing, needs, and concerns to the program vendor and agency leadership, and formally documenting and addressing risks, assumptions, and decisions. In 2020, they were a Columnist for the Illinois Times & Springfield Business Journal, writing articles for the Personal Development column. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Horace Mann, where they held various roles such as IT Business Systems Analyst and Change Management Lead, Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Management Improvement Specialist, Quality Management Specialist, and Contact Center Service Associate. In these roles, they integrated Lean Six Sigma practices into traditional analyst duties, developed and lead implementation, change management, and stakeholder communication plans, evaluated CSR interactions to ensure a positive customer experience, created SOPs for new processes and procedures, and was a member of the Call Center Transformation Project.

Kristina Barbee, CLSSBB holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University - Illinois, which they obtained in 2012. Kristina also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Sigma Business Solutions International.
