Prior roles include Shipping Lead at Marucci Sports, where proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Nav was demonstrated, and Box Office Representative for the New Orleans Pelicans, focusing on ticket sales and cash management. Ian also managed Chuck's Sports Cards & Memorabilia, overseeing inventory and online marketing, and served as a Graduate Assistant at Northwestern State University, organizing events and managing databases.
