William Jenkins is an experienced food and beverage professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager and previously as Banquet Captain at Martis Camp Club & Community Association since May 2022, William has held significant roles at prestigious establishments including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Lake Tahoe and Ramsey Golf and Country Club in New Jersey. William's experience also includes culinary positions at Skopos Hospitality Group and Union Square Hospitality Group, where an intensive internship honed culinary skills and industry standards. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
