Caitlin Hershey is an experienced financial analyst currently working at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc., since August 2017, where Caitlin has progressed through various roles, including Financial Analyst III, Financial Analyst, and Jr. Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Caitlin served as a Financial Analyst Intern at the same company from May 2016 to May 2017, assisting the Finance team with planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and contributing to process improvements within the Accounting department. Caitlin also served as a Math Teaching Assistant at Messiah College from September 2015 to January 2017, where tutoring and grading responsibilities were undertaken. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Messiah University and completed a program at the International Business Institute in 2017.
