Jonnie Smith, MSEd, serves as the Human Resource Manager at Martinrea International since March 2015, overseeing HR functions across three automotive manufacturing sites while mentoring future HR professionals. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Aramark, where strategic HR solutions were developed for a major food and facilities services account. Formerly, Jonnie held the position of Director of Human Resources at Decatur Public Schools, managing HR for a workforce of 1,400, and Executive Director of Human Resources at Dodge City Public Schools, where leadership was demonstrated across multiple locations and a significant budget. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Education Administration from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Friends University.
