Eduardo Martinez has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Starting in 2007 at Magna International, they worked as a Production Process Engineer, managing the department budget and implementing improvements in material handling. Eduardo then became a Pedestal Welding & Body Shop Assembly Production Supervisor.
In 2016, Martinez joined Martinrea International as a Senior Process Engineer, where they led a team and was responsible for Assembly Process Engineering KPIs and developing various strategies for line feeding and downtime elimination. Eduardo later took on the role of Assembly Process Engineering Lead & Continuous Improvement Coordinator, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Currently, Martinez holds the position of Engineering and Continuous Improvement Lead at Martinrea International, where they are responsible for driving the CI strategy for the facility and leading the Lean Kaizen Shop.
Eduardo Martinez pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Business Management from Universidad Americana del Noreste from 2007 to 2009.
