Alexandra Vazquez serves as the Global Director of Legal at Martinrea International since May 2012, previously holding the position of Internal Legal Counsel within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Counsel at Siemens Canada from April 2011 to March 2012, and as an Associate at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP from August 2006 to April 2011, focusing on corporate and securities law, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra holds both an LLB from the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, both completed between 2003 and 2006.
