Jim Haynes has a rich work history with experience in various leadership positions. From 2020 to the present, they have served as the CEO of Martin Tractor, Inc. Prior to that, they were the COO of Martin Sullivan Inc. from 2014 to 2020, where they provided direction, motivation, and supervision to employees. Before that, they were the President of Kleine equ from 2008 to 2013. Jim also held multiple roles at Kleine Equipment Inc. from 2000 to 2008, including VP of aftermarket, VP of sales, and General Manager. Jim started their career at Neff Company as a Sales Representative from 1996 to 2000.

Jim Haynes attended ROWVA High School from 1989 to 1992. Jim then went on to Augustana College where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography from 1992 to 1996.
