Paula Minard is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Martin Marietta since September 2022, Paula previously held the position of Head of Recruiting/Principal Recruiter at Motif FoodWorks, Inc. from April 2021 to September 2022. Paula's career at Dunkin' Brands spanned from October 2003 to April 2021, where roles included Talent Acquisition Manager, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, and Executive Assistant within Human Resources. Paula also contributed to State Street as Executive Offices Assistant in the Office of the Chairman & CEO from September 1997 to June 2003. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University.
