Tanya Osborne-McKenzie

Tanya Osborne-McKenzie has served in healthcare for thirty years including experience as a direct care provider, educator and nearly 15 years of clinical leadership experience. She specializes in leading Change Management and Performance Improvement.

As Chief Nursing Officer at MLK Community Healthcare (MLKCH,) Tanya oversees Patient Care Services, Diabetes, Pharmacy and Radiology.

Prior to joining MLKCH, Tanya most recently served as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that, she held numerous management roles at Trinity Health, Salina Valley Memorial Hospital, and was also a professor at Hartnell Community College. Early in her career, she served as an Intensive Care Unit and Trauma/Med-Surge Nurse.

Tanya is an active member of professional associations, serving on numerous boards and chairs of sub-committees. She also contributes to the nursing profession via content writing and peer reviewing articles for professional journals and presenting at industry conferences.
