Dale P. McNeal, MSN, RN, PHN, CCRN, is an experienced registered nurse currently working at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital since April 2015, where responsibilities include performing focused assessments, coordinating interdisciplinary discharge planning, and documenting patient care using the Watson Model of Care. In addition, McNeal has been a perioperative services and endoscopy lab registered nurse at Prime Healthcare since January 2017, delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring a sterile environment and assisting with anesthesia.
