Kira M. has extensive experience in both compliance and culinary fields. Currently serving as the Compliance Team Lead and previously as a Compliance Representative at Martin Insurance Group since November 2014, Kira has developed strong compliance skills. Prior experience includes roles such as Baker and Cake Decorator at Shoprite, where responsibilities encompassed the assembly and decoration of desserts, baking, and supply ordering. Kira also interned at Mohonk Mountain House, producing specialty desserts, and worked as a Cake Decorator at Maggie Moo's Ice Cream & Treatery. Kira began a culinary career as a Food Service Associate at JFK Health System. Kira holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Management and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
