Adam Deng is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in plant operations and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Martin Engineering since June 2015, Adam Deng oversees various aspects including R&D, production, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, driving margin growth and cost efficiency. Previously, Adam Deng held the Operations Manager role at Ryerson China from October 2012 to May 2015, managing production, quality, and plant operations. Adam Deng also contributed as Sales and Engineering Manager at Defiance Metal Products, focusing on project management and new product development from January 2008 to October 2012, and worked as a process engineer at SPS Technologies and Avic Chengdu Aircraft Industrial. Adam Deng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nanchang University and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Nanchang Hangkong University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern Polytechnical University.
