Dhieisson Cevolani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and maintenance within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the General Coordinator of Production and Sales at Martifer since May 2024, Dhieisson oversees technical operations related to the repair of large AC/DC motors, transformers, generators, pumps, compressors, diesel engines, and mechanical construction. Prior to this role, Dhieisson accumulated over 25 years at Vale, holding various positions including Supervisor of Maintenance at a copper and gold beneficiation plant, and Coordinator for Railway Engineering in the coal logistics corridor. Earlier positions included Senior and Intermediate Analyst roles, focusing on operational efficiency in railway engineering, as well as technical and operational roles in equipment maintenance.
