Sara Achilli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and operational strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Product Onboarding at Martie since May 2023, Sara previously held the position of Studio Operations Manager at Hornet for two decades, where responsibilities included managing long-term strategies, overseeing workflows, directing employee training, and facilitating office expansion projects. Prior roles include Office Manager and Executive Assistant and Digital Production Assistant at WildBrain, where Sara coordinated pre-production activities and managed digital production processes. Sara started in the industry as a Film to Tape Scheduler and Librarian at Monaco Film Labs and Video Services, building a strong foundation in motion picture production. Educationally, Sara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Motion Picture Video from the Academy of Art University.
