Olivier Raynaut has a diverse work experience. In 2006, they started as a Helpdesk intern at SBM Atlantia, where they assisted with resolving issues and creating projects. In 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer (intern), rebuilding the internal helpdesk system using the .NET framework. From 2009 to 2014, Olivier served as a .Net Software Engineer and GSX Specialist for Microsoft Platforms at GSX Solutions. In this role, they developed scanning engines and user scenario messaging tasks for GSX Monitor. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Technical Sales Manager and Microsoft Specialist at GSX Solutions, where they secured potential customers and oversaw professional services. Olivier also conducted market analysis and stayed up-to-date with new Microsoft platforms. In 2017, Olivier became a Co-Founder of Rum Social Club. Most recently, they worked at Martello Technologies as a VP Client Delivery, starting in August 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at GSX Solutions, where they also held the positions of Vice President Of Product Management and Vice President Client Satisfaction. Overall, Olivier Raynaut has gained experience in various roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in client delivery, technology, and product management.

Olivier Raynaut completed their education at several institutions. From 2004 to 2006, they attended IUT Réseaux & Télécoms, where they obtained a DUT degree in Réseaux, Télécommunications & Informatique. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computing & Electronics at Heriot-Watt University from 2006 to 2009, specializing in Informatique.

In addition to their formal education, Olivier also obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2014, they passed the Exam 341 for Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013. Then, in 2017, they obtained various certifications, including Exam 346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements, Exam 347: Enabling Office 365 Services, MCSA: Office 365 - Certified 2017, and MCSE: Productivity - Certified 2017.
