Vipin Chugh is an experienced leader in the technology and services sector, currently serving as Vice President at Genpact since March 2021. Prior to this, Vipin held various influential roles at NIIT Technologies Limited from January 1997 to February 2021, including Vice President & Delivery Head of Digital Services, where responsibilities included overseeing global delivery for Digital Interactive/Experience, Mobility, and Digital Integration projects across key industries such as BFS, Insurance, and Transportation. Additional roles at NIIT included Vice President of Service Management, overseeing service delivery for a US-based Wealth Management provider, and General Manager of Service Management, managing IT infrastructure support for a major UK high-speed trains provider. Earlier career experiences include positions as Delivery Manager at Blue InfoTech and Senior Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Vipin Chugh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
