Rowan Marsden is an accomplished leader in technology and change management, currently serving as the Global Transformation Office Leader at Marsh McLennan since April 2019, with a focus on technology modernization and IT change initiatives following the JLT acquisition. Prior to this role, Rowan held the position of Group IT Change Director at JLT Group for about ten months. Rowan's experience includes a significant tenure at Pearson from June 2009 to May 2018, where various leadership roles were undertaken, including Head of Digital Qualification Services and Head of Programme Management. Additional experience includes project management roles at Tectrade from June 2003 to April 2009. Rowan holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and French from the University of Dundee, completed between 1998 and 2002.
