Naraen Wadhwa is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership and product engineering. Currently serving as Principal Director IT and Head of Technology at Marsh McLennan since February 2019, Naraen manages a global team focused on transforming legacy systems for insurance broking through modern frameworks and tools. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Implementation, driving significant projects such as payroll systems and wealth management products. Naraen founded Peakmission, an ERP system, and has held various leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Disc Makers, among others. Naraen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Mumbai University.
