Izabela Boruszewska currently serves as Policy Servicing Operations Manager at Marsh McLennan, a position held since March 2021, and previously worked as Team Leader in the Policy Servicing Team and Senior Team Coordinator. Prior to this role, Izabela was Team Leader at Mercer in the Global Benefits Management Center of Excellence from November 2018 to February 2021, and held various positions including PM Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at Lionbridge Poland from February 2009 to October 2018. Early career experience includes self-employment from December 2005 to January 2009 and serving as Production Team Manager at GET IT Language Solutions from September 1997 to November 2005.
