Szilvia Vörös has a diverse work experience, starting as a Career Counselor and specialized job trainer for the Austrian hotel industry at German Hotel Services and tiroli.hu from October 2012 to July 2015. Szilvia then worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at German Hotel Services and tiroli.hu from September 2013 to July 2015.

In 2015, Szilvia became a Program Coordinator at Erasmus Student Network, where they coordinated various programs until June 2016. Szilvia then worked as a waitress at Huka Lodge from December 2016 to July 2017.

In 2018, Szilvia held roles as Head Waitress at Onyx Restaurant from March to October, and as a Team Supervisor at Bennelong Restaurant from December 2018 to July 2019.
