Sam Knott is the current Vice President of Marketing at Marshmallow. Prior to this, Sam spent 10 years at Dyson, where they served as the E-commerce Sales Director. During their time at Dyson, Sam was responsible for the company's £150 million revenue P&L and oversaw the growth of the Direct to Consumer channels in Great Britain. Sam was also part of the GB&I executive leadership team.
Before Dyson, Sam spent a year as a Marketing Assistant at Siemens (previously Invensys Rail). It was here that Sam first discovered their passion for working cross functionally and communicating with both Engineering and Marketing/Sales departments. Sam also spent a summer interning as a Branding Consultant at Uffindell.
Sam started their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Tyco Electronics where they spent one year before moving on to Dyson.
After completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sam Knott pursued a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Bath.
They work with Anna Collier - Head of Fraud, Christopher Sampson - VP, Operations, and Tim Holliday - CEO, Marshmallow Insurance Limited. Sam Knott reports to Alexander Kent-Braham, Co-Founder & Co-CEO.
