Charles Olson is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Engineer at Marshalltown since November 2020, Charles previously held key roles at Baldor Electric Company, including Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer. In these positions, Charles led teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, implement lean initiatives, and oversee various manufacturing processes at significant electric motor plants. Earlier experience at Franklin Electric involved manufacturing engineering activities related to assembly and machining. Charles holds an M.B.A. in International Business from John Brown University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
