Nicolas Deslandes is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Marshall Wace since October 2021, Nicolas has previously held senior positions at Maven Securities and BP, contributing to projects involving real-time analytics and risk systems. Nicolas co-founded Gluon Consulting, overseeing software architecture and technology implementation across diverse projects that utilized frameworks such as React and Angular. With a strong background in .NET development from tenures at BNP Paribas Fortis and Morgan Stanley, Nicolas also has a solid foundation in C++ and multithreaded systems developed during earlier roles in firms like Amadeus and Trayport.
