Michael H. is an experienced legal professional with a focus on derivatives, trading, and institutional equity sales. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Marshall Wace since 2020, Michael previously held positions at Macfarlanes from 2015 to 2020, specializing in derivatives and trading. Prior to that, Michael was Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales & Trading at Morgan Stanley from January 2010 to June 2014 and worked at Dechert LLP in funds and derivatives from 2006 to 2010.
