Katy Deleon (Fallon) is an experienced account manager with a professional background spanning over two decades in the insurance and brokerage sectors. Since August 2020, Katy has served as an account manager at Marshall & Sterling following a merger with Jaeger & Flynn Associates, where Katy held the same role from August 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a broker client manager at CDPHP from December 2006 to June 2020, and as a new sales account executive at Protection Advantage from 2003 to 2006, specializing in E&O insurance for attorneys, consultants, and financial advisors. Katy began their career as an account representative at Austin & Co., Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an associate degree in fashion merchandising from Dean College and a life broker license from Bryant & Stratton - Albany.
