Will Hernan, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for HR Systems & Analytics and Workforce Planning at Springfield Clinic since August 2017. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession management, early talent engagement, and data analytics. Previously, Will worked as an HR Consultant focusing on talent management and strategic workforce planning. Prior to HR, Will held positions in scientific analysis, including Analyst on the Molecular Analysis Team at EPL Bio Analytical Services, Senior Microbiologist at Silliker, and Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Illinois State University. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Illinois State University.
