Ellen Lipe-Fliss has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Ellen began their career at Alexian Brothers in 1987, where they served as the Director/Manager of Alternative Delivery Systems until 1991. In 2019, they joined Springfield Clinic as the Director of Payer Strategy & Contracting, where they were responsible for managing payer contracts, negotiating strategies, and maintaining strong partnerships with payers. Ellen also established a team to provide accurate payer information for over 650 providers across 90 locations.

Ellen Lipe-Fliss received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from DePauw University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Ellen then pursued a Master of Public Health in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Yale University from 1985 to 1987.
