Matt Stadler serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Marsh McLennan Agency's Southwest region, where leadership responsibilities include overseeing employee benefits and property casualty services. With a track record of strategic growth, Matt has held various titles within the company, including President for Texas and Dallas, as well as Executive Vice President. Before joining Marsh McLennan Agency, Matt held senior roles at Frost Insurance and Great-West Healthcare, contributing to risk strategies and employee engagement solutions. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University and completed the Leadership Excellence program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2019.
