Jesse Cash has a comprehensive work experience starting from 2003. Currently, Cash serves as the Director of Operations - Florida at Marsden South since April 2022. Before that, they were the Sr. Operations Manager at the same company from May 2021 to April 2022. Prior to Marsden South, Cash was employed at Morrison Living, where they held the position of Regional Director of Operations. During their tenure at Morrison Living, Cash was responsible for managing over 25 housekeeping, laundry, and plant operations accounts. Jesse also played a key role in driving innovation, securing best pricing on consumables, and improving operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability. Before joining Morrison Living, Cash worked at Eurest Services USA as a Unit Director, overseeing pharmaceutical cleaning service operations and serving as a subject matter expert on environmental regulations. Jesse also worked at Marriott Hotels as the Director of Housekeeping for a brief period in 2006 and at Doubletree Hotel as the Director of Housekeeping and later as the Assistant Front Office Manager from 2003 to 2006. In these roles, Cash implemented standard operating procedures, improved guest service scores, and effectively managed teams and departments.

Jesse Cash earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Florida State University, completing their education from 1999 to 2003.
