Max Adams is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and strategic development across notable companies in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the European Director for the Seasonal & Gifting Portfolio at Mars since October 2018, Max has previously held key roles such as Brand Director for Mars Wrigley, leading responses to regulatory challenges and guiding the brand's entry into healthier product categories. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Mondelēz International, where Max led the re-launch of Green & Blacks and managed major impulse customer relationships, as well as earlier roles at United Biscuits, Reckitt Benckiser, and Johnson & Johnson. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Management from the University of Bristol.
