Maciej Wozny, currently serving as Plant Manager at Mars since January 2004, has extensive experience in the pet care sector, leading a greenfield project for a new factory in Poland. Prior roles include Regional Senior Industrial Engineer, where business development efforts spanned eight factories across Europe, and Operations Manager/Production Director, overseeing a dry pet food facility with over 200 associates. Maciej also held positions as HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management, performance culture, and organizational development. Prior to joining Mars, Maciej gained experience as a Lean Specialist at GE Power Conversion. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Telecommunication, postgraduate degrees in Business Management and Psychology with a focus on HR Management.
