Leonid Sudakov currently serves as the President of Growth, Digital and Platforms at Mars, a position held since March 2023, where efforts focus on transforming the pet care sector. Prior to this, Leonid was the Founding President of Kinship, dedicated to innovating pet care from April 2019 to February 2023. Leonid's substantial tenure at Mars from July 2008 to March 2019 included roles as Global President of Connected Solutions and Chief Marketing Officer for Global Petcare. Additionally, Leonid held key marketing positions at Wrigley, Danone, and PepsiCo, shaping strategies and leading teams across diverse markets. Leonid holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
